I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NSPA). I'm also certified in Olympic Weightlifting with more than 15 years experience in my field.
My approach towards exercise is to Train Like a Pro. This means stepping into the gym with a pro attitude and committed mindset, so you can reach your fitness goals! However, you will not find me screaming at the top of my lungs to "GO! GO! GO!"; I'll leave that cliché to other trainers. My clients call me the "zen trainer" because of my laid back, yet strict style of training. I will make sure you are pushed to your limits, that you can count on.
I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals. After many years working with individuals, I am now more focused on small group training. My experience has proven that group training is beneficial for everyone involved: it creates friendly competition, makes each person accountable to others, and is easier on the pocket.
I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want, by talking and listening to you. Even in group sessions, I will make sure your needs are being met and we make sure you don't lose track of your own personal goals.
