Small group training (max 3 per group). All the benefits of a personal trainer with the added bonus of training with like-minded people. Studies show that group training is far more effective than one-on-one as it encourages friendly competition, makes you accountable to others. People that trained in groups saw better results than those that trained on their own.
One on One Training
Most people come to me telling me they do not know what to do once they step foot into a gym. This is where I come in as I will work wth you and guide you through each wokout and teach you proper form and technique.
This is ideal if you are a beginner or are nursing an injury as we can focus on working around it and towards heaing it.
